There's nothing more important to us at the end of a long day than knowing you're truely satisfied with the the limited edition piece that's hanging on your wall. That's why we've designed our policies with you in mind.
LOVE GUARANTEE
We want you to LOVE the art you choose for your wall which is why we give you 30 days to be sure. Hang your new print and if after 30 days you don't love it we'll help you exchange it for one that you do. Want a bigger size? No problem - just pay the difference.
You will need to return your original order ensuring it's in the same condition as when it was sent. Contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your purchase to arrange the exchange.
RETURNS
We take every care to pack and ship your goods so they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, we will repair or replace them at no cost to you.
Notification of any damage must occur within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email us and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will organise for a return at no cost to you. Please use the original packaging to return your print.
