We believe choosing art that you love is a special journey. Images tell a story that is special - to you, to us, and to all who see it hanging in a space. That's why we believe purchasing art you love shouldn't be overwhelming.

 

We've built our business on principles we value - honesty, integrity and transparency. There's nothing more important to us at the end of a long day than knowing you're truely satisfied with the the limited edition piece that's hanging on your wall. That's why we've designed our policies with you in mind.

Love Guarantee

We want you to LOVE the art you choose for your wall which is why we give you 30 days to be sure. Hang your new print and if after 30 days you don't love it we'll help you exchange it for one that you do. Want a bigger size? No problem - just pay the difference.

You will need to return your original order ensuring it's in the same condition as when it was sent. Contact us via email within 45 days of your purchase to arrange the exchange.

Shipping

We take great care to custom make each of our products.

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order.

Each image is printed in house and every frame handmade by local craftsmen. We want to get the completed product from us to you as quickly as possible, whilst ensuring that each print is thoroughly checked for quality and clarity prior to leaving our gallery.

     > Rolled Prints are shipped within 2-5 days.
     > Framed prints are handmade and usually complete within 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping: Shipping is free Australia wide for print only orders. Framed prints are charged according to weight.

Pick Up: We offer local pick up from our Gallery at Forresters Beach (via appointment).

International Orders: International shipping is available upon request.

Returns

We take every care to pack and ship your goods so they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, we will repair or replace them at no cost to you.

 

Notification of any damage must occur within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email us and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will organise for a return at no cost to you. Please use the original packaging to return your print.
